The company was incorporated in 1990 by its present owner Mr. Luďek Polčák. From that time, the company, known under the name NEREZ, was involved in minor metalworking production related to repairs of agricultural machines. Since the company’s incorporation, its activity has focused on hay and straw baling machines, in particular HESSTON presses. With participation with another company’s development, its production range was extended by the manufacture of spare parts for heavy-duty balers and round-bale balers as well as manufacture of spare parts and services provided for other types of HESSTON and UNIBAL (HESSTON 5700) presses. As regards the spare parts, the company NEREZ has reached a stage in its development when it can, besides its mainstay production of baler machine parts, offer a wide range of additional sale of parts designed for reapers-thrashers, Cambridge rollers and rotary harrows, chains, cardan couplings, hydraulic components, binding strings, netting and plastic sheeting.
